A3 Agency is a creative collective specializing in talent and event management, with a focus on the event/nightlife micro-economy. The company provides third-party services such as talent sourcing and equipment hire and also operates as a production house that conceptualizes and executes events in both the private and corporate sectors. They offer unique and individualized services tailored to each client, delivering meticulously curated experiences for every event, from small birthday parties to large campaign activations for brands. No job is too big or small for the A3 Team.
Dedicated to empowering youth through upskilling in DJing, performance, and entrepreneurship, while also advocating for the representation of marginalized individuals, including women, queer people, and those with disabilities, in the creative industry. We are committed to creating sustainable employment opportunities and promoting inclusive events, all while fostering a positive environmental impact through community collaboration and shared knowledge.

Kane
Kane is a Cape Town-based Hip Hop & RnB DJ, model, and curator known for blending old-school and new-school tracks in his sets, creating high-energy experiences on the dance floor. He curates each performance meticulously, working with a loyal team to infuse fresh energy into the local scene. Kane also founded "The Kave," a creative space where DJs and performers can express themselves freely. In 2023, he made his debut at Rocking the Daisies, secured a residency at Goodhope FM's The Great Drive, and launched his own event, marking the start of a movement.

Mia Mia
MIA MIA is a prominent Hip-Hop & RnB DJ from Cape Town, South Africa, who has quickly risen in the local music scene since her debut. She's made her mark by performing at prestigious events and collaborating with brands like Rocking The Daisies, Birkenstock, Lemkus, Archive, Ray-Ban, and Pantone Sundays. A highlight of 2023 was headlining Community Fest in her debut. SNYDERS is a Cape Town-based DJ specializing in Amapiano, House, and Gqom. Since his debut at The Kave, he has quickly established himself in the scene with his unique sound and flawless mixing skills, known for seamless transitions that get crowds singing along. In just six months, Snyders has performed at notable venues like Groovy Nights, Prime, Broke Klubhouse, Destiny CPT, Tao, Kora, and Soho. With his rapid rise, Snyders is poised for continued growth as one of Cape Town's most promising DJs.

As the current Red Bull 3Style South African DJ Champion, he holds a prestigious title recognized worldwide. GREMLIN has headlined major festivals like Rocking The Daisies and held residencies at Cape Town's top venues. He was also the official DJ for the MSL Paarl Rocks cricket franchise in 2018 and 2019.
